Artist 

Ana Kazaroff is an Argentinian artist based in London, UK. She makes faux marble trophies, sculptural paintings and salami architecture for installations where she explores ideas of stereotypes, authenticity and cultural mistranslations. Woodwork and faux surfaces are the core of her process. She combines 1970s sci-fi, meat, stone and religious imagery as a way of discussing otherness, other realities, other worlds. She holds an MA in Fine Art from City & Guilds of London Art School, where she also trained in woodwork and decorative surfaces techniques. Her work was recently exhibited at Deptford X, b.Dewitt Gallery, Eastside Projects, Kupfer and Galería Grasa.
